Disclaimer:

1. Entry Period 1.1. All entries must be received prior to the commencement of the sporting or entertainment event to be eligible.

2. How to Enter 2.1. Participants must register on the official All-Pro-Props platform and submit their completed prop bets predictions for each event. 2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 2.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prizes 3.1. The sweepstakes will offer prizes at the owner’s discretion: For Super Bowl LIX: Grand Prize = $100; Runner-Up = $50; Third Place = $25. 3.2. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the discretion of All-Pro-Props. 3.3. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

4. Winner Selection and Notification 4.1. Winners will be determined based on the total points accumulated from prop bets surveys. 4.2. In the event of a tie, prize money will be split evenly amongst awardees. 4.3. Winners will be notified via email within three days of the sweepstakes' end. 4.4. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

5. General Rules 5.1. All-Pro-Props reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions. 5.2. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or tampered with are void. 5.3. All-Pro-Props is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. 5.4. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of All-Pro-Props, which are final and binding.

6. Publicity 6.1. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their submission name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. All-Pro-Props is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may affect entry or operation of the sweepstakes. 7.2. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless All-Pro-Props and its affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

8. Governing Law 8.1. The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of New York State. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York State.

9. Privacy 9.1. Personal information collected during the sweepstakes will be used solely for administration purposes and in accordance with All-Pro-Props' Privacy Policy.

10. Sponsor 10.1. The sweepstakes is sponsored by All-Pro-Props, located in New York City, NY. 10.2. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties, including the NFL, Academy Awards, or PGA.

11. Amendments 11.1. All-Pro-Props reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without notice.
