1. Not a Sweepstakes or Contest
This Super Bowl pool is a private, informal game organized for friends and family. It is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or gambling promotion, and it is not open to the general public.

2. Eligibility & Invitation Only
Participation is strictly limited to individuals who received the pool link directly from the website creator or from someone personally invited by the creator. Do not participate if you did not receive the link through one of these channels.

3. How It Works
Participants may submit prop bet predictions for the Super Bowl event through the All-Pro-Props platform. Each person may submit one entry only. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be removed at the organizer’s discretion.

4. Entry Fee
A pool entry fee of $10 is required to participate. The entry fee must be remitted via Venmo (@all-pro-props) prior to the start of the contest. Entries that have not submitted payment before the contest begins may be excluded at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Prize Pool & Payouts
Any prize payout is informal and will be determined solely by the total number of participants and/or contributions, if any. The organizer may adjust payouts accordingly. Prizes have no cash value beyond the agreed pool amount, are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded.

6. Winner Determination
Winners are determined based on points accumulated from submitted prop predictions. In the event of a tie, payouts will be split evenly among tied participants, unless otherwise agreed by the organizer.

7. Communication
Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Winners will be notified via email or direct message. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in forfeiture of any payout.

8. Fair Play & Conduct
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant or entry that is incomplete, manipulated, or inconsistent with the spirit of a friendly, private pool.

9. No Affiliation
This pool is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NFL, the Super Bowl, or any other league, team, or organization.

10. Limitation of Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, data errors, or interruptions that may affect participation or scoring.

11. Privacy
Any personal information provided is used only to administer this private pool and will not be sold or shared publicly.

12. Governing Law
This private pool is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

13. Changes or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the pool at any time.
